In the automotive world, there are generally no blatantly bad cars, yet there are, of course, always exceptions to the rule. The 15 cars below are the epitome of bad. All other bad cars are measured against these.

15. 1917 Chevrolet Series D

You can’t fault Chevrolet for the Series D in 1917. It was an experimental time, and new engine technologies were hard to come by. While it was Chevrolet’s first V-8 engine, it could only muster a lawn mower like 36 horsepower, which made less than Chevrolet’s four-pot mill at the time. It was killed after one year, and it took Chevrolet 37 years before attempting another V-8.
